Introduction

Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1 1/3 cups Beans, navy, dry or 2 15oz. cans of beans
    1 tbsp olive oil
    1/2 tsp. thyme
    1tsp. coriander
    1/2 tespoon coriander
    1/2 tsp cayenne
    1 large Onions, chopped
    4 cloves Garlic, chopped
    6 cups Chicken Broth, or water
    4 Tbs. Fleischman's Unsalted Stick Butter
    Salt & Pepper to taste

Directions

Cook dry beans as directed. Heat Oil in Pot and saute onions, garlic, and all the spices. Add beans and chicken stock. Once heated through, use immersion blender and puree soup until smooth. Add margarine at the end for a nice smooth texture. Season with salt and pepper.
