Ingredients

    Oats 40 grams
    Pumpkin, canned 1/4cup
    Almonds, raw, chopped 9 grams
    Flax seed, ground 3 grams
    Almond Milk, vanilla 1/2 cup
    Pumpkin Pie spice mix or cinnamon, a sprinkle

Directions

Cook oats. Add pumpkin and let the whole mixture warm again. Add nuts & flax seed, stir. Sprinkle with spice. Pour on almond milk and enjoy.

The almond milk adds sweetness. I have a protein drink (10grams protein) and 1/2 of a small banana with this breakfast.
