Introduction
Yummy, healthy, and so much better than boring, plain green beans! Yummy, healthy, and so much better than boring, plain green beans!Number of Servings: 6
Ingredients

2 cups fresh green beans, chopped into 2 inch pieces
2 large carrots, peeled and sliced
10 mushrooms, sliced
1/2 of a large onion, sliced
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 cup vegetable broth
2 tsp. Bragg Organic Sprinkle seasoning
salt and fresh ground black pepper to taste
Directions
Spray a large non stick pan with cooking spray. Add the onions and the mushrooms and cover. Cook over medium heat for about 1-2 minutes.
Add the green beans, carrots, garlic powder, Bragg Sprinkle, and broth.
Cover and allow the vegetables to steam saute in the broth for about 5 minutes or until the vegetables are tender and brightly colored. Do not over cook.
Remove from heat and add the black pepper and salt to taste.
Serving Size: makes around 6 1/2 cup servings
