6 new potato cubed
4 cups chopped cabbage
1 cup chopped carrots
1 cup chopped white onion
1 cup chopped cilantro
1 28 oz can crushed tomatoes
2 15 oz cans white hominy
4 small or 2 large beef bouillion cubes
4 cups water
garlic
cayan pepper
cumin
salt
black pepper
Directions
brown ground beef remove from grease and combine with all other ingredients. Bring to a boil cover and cimmer for 45 mins.
