I converted an old family recipe to make it a little lighter. The calories listed are just for the coating & coconut oil. You will still have to add the bread chosen to your Spark Nutrition. Ingredients

2 Organic Free Range Eggs
1 Organic Free Range Egg White
3/4 Cup Organic 1% Lowfat Milk
1 Tbsp. Organic Sugar
1/2 tsp. Vanilla Extract
1/8 tsp. Salt
1 tsp. Coconut Oil
Ground Cinnamon to Sprinkle
Directions
1. Beat eggs, milk, sugar, vanilla & salt until smooth.
2. Heat griddle or skillet over medium heat. Use coconut oil to grease the griddle or skillet.
3. Dip bread in to egg mixture. Place on griddle. Cook about 4 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
4. Sprinkle with cinnamon & serve. Enjoy!
