Ingredients

    1 cup water
    1/4 cup oil
    1/4 cup honey
    1 egg
    1 tsp salt
    1 cup whole wheat flour
    2 1/2 cup bread flour
    1/4 cup wheat germ
    1/4 cup wheat bran
    1/4 cup sunflower seeds
    2 1/2 tsp yeast

Directions

Bread machine on "dough" setting.

Divide dough into 24 pieces. Shape into balls. Place on greased cookie sheet to rise.

Bake 375 degrees for 12 minutes.
