Ingredients

    8 oz pure carrot juice such as Bolthouse Farms
    4 oz water
    2 oz half and half
    3 teaspoons brown sugar
    1/4 teSpoon freshly grated nutmeg (ground nutmeg changes the flavor must use freshly grated nutmeg)
    Crushed ice for serving

Directions

Mix all ingredients together and pour over crushed ice. This drink's taste is not the same if you use pre-packaged ground nutmeg or a "fat free" milk. Any other type of creamer can be used, such as coconut or soy.
