Introduction

Ingredients

    12 cups Homemade chicken stock (simmer chicken bones for 2-3 hours and strain) made with filtered/pure water
    3 Zucchini
    3 Celery
    2 Cups of green beans
    1 cup parsley
    3 cloves of garlic (optional)

Wonderful for a Fall or Winter Detox
3 stalks of celery
3 whole zucchini
2 cups of string beans
1 cup of parsley
Dr. Bielers famous health broth recipe for energy, weight loss, and cleansing

Traditional Preparation:

Put 1 cup of water into a stock pot. Put the string beans in first and steam for about 5 minutes. Then put celery and zucchini into the pot and steam for another 5 – 7 minutes or until tender, but still crisp. Do not overcook. When done put the water that the vegetables have cooked in into the blender. Follow with the vegetables. Blend until liquefied. Add a teaspoon of raw unsalted butter and a large handful of parsley. Blend again until parsley is liquefied.

*Optional add 1-3 clove sof garlic.

*Use organically grown vegetables whenever possible! Enjoy!

Chicken stock:

Put stock in a stock pot, and simmer vegetables and parsley until they start to cook. Do NOT overcook. Put all ingredients in a blender/food processor and blend.

Drink 2-3 times a day, or to replace meals during a fast/detox.
