Ingredients

    1 large egg
    2 egg whites or 1/3 cup of egg white liquid
    1/2 cup sugar
    8 oz. Fat Free Cream Cheese
    1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
    1/3 cup Bisquick Mix or WW Flour
    1/2 cup nonfat milk
    4 tbsps. (Sugar free) Jam or Preserves - fruit of your choice

Directions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Cream sugar and cream cheese until smooth on medium speed with mixer. Add egg and egg whites (About 1/3 cup of liquid egg whites). Mix in flour on low speed. Slowly add milk and vanilla. Spray non-stick cooking spray (Canola oil spray) into 12 muffin tins. Pour about 1/4 cup of batter into each tin. Bake at 375 for 25 minutes or until done when toothpick comes clean. Let cool. Once centers are indented, spoon 1 tsp. of fruit jam or preserves into centers. Place on a tray and refrigerate for 2-3 hours. Enjoy for 80 calories each!!!
