Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    1/2 cup each all purpose flour and whole wheat flour
    3/4 cup oats
    1/4 cup bran (wheat or oat)
    1/4 cup brown sugar
    3 tsp baking powder
    1/2 tsp baking soda

    1 cup plain low-fat yogurt
    1/2 cup oil
    1 egg

    1 cup blueberries

Directions

Preheat oven to 400 and prepare muffin tin with paper cups. Combine all dry ingredients in one bowl. Combine all wet ingredients together. Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and mix well. Add blueberries. Fill muffin cups 2/3 full and bake for 20 - 25 minutes.
