Ingredients

    1 Cup boiled potatoes, cubed
    6 oz baby spinach
    2 C college Inn chicken broth 99% Fat free
    2 Tbsp Pecorino Romano grated cheese
    garlic

Directions

Put all ingredients except the spinach in a pot and boil together till potatoes are fork tender. Add spinach just till wilted. Sprinkle grated cheese on top and enjoy.
