Introduction

Ingredients

    1/4 cup Wheat germ, crude
    1 cup Almond Flour
    1 1/4 Oat Bran
    1 TBSP Baking Soda
    1/2 TSP Cinnamon, ground
    3 eggs
    1/2 TSP Salt
    1 Cup Stevia Extract In The Raw
    1/3 Cup Olive Oil, Extra Virgin
    1/2 Cup Heavy Whipping Cream
    4 TBSP Smucker's Blueberry preserves Sugar Free

Directions

Mix all dry then mix all wet with mixer except preserves. Fold in preserves and place in greased 8x11 or 9 x 13 pan. Cook until golden brown on top and toothpick comes out clean. Cool completely and cut into 12 servings. Enjoy!
