Ingredients

1 pount lean ground turkey
1/2 cup diced onion
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 cup diced orange bell pepper
1/2 cup diced red bell pepper
1/2 cup diced yellow bell pepper
1 (14.5 ounce) can diced tomatoes
1 cup medium salsa
1 cup chipotle barbeque sauce
1 (4 ounce) can chopped green chilies
1 (15.25 ounce) can corn
1 (15 ounce) can black beans, rinsed and drained
1 Tlbs lime juice
1 tea ground cumin
1 Tlbs crushed red pepper flakes
1 Tlbs chili powder
1 Tlbs dried cilantro
1/2 tea salt
Directions
Heat a large, nonstick pot over medium-high heat and stirn in the ground turkey, onion, garlic, and bell peppers. Cook and stir until the turkey is crumbly, evenly browned, and no longer pink, about 10 minutes. Pour in the tomatoes, salsa, barbeque sauce, green chilies, corn and black beans. Season with lime juice, cumin, red pepper flakes, chili powder, and cilantro. Bring to a simmer over medium-high heat and then reduce heat to medium-low. Cover and simmer until the flavors develope, 1 - 3 hours. Serve with a dollop of low fat sour cream and shredded cheese if desired (not calculated in calorie count).
This can also be prepared in the crockpot and left to simmer on low while you are busy working all day.
To reduce sodium use low sodium corn and tomatoes

I absolutely loved this recipe and lucky for me it's not to high in calories, since I ate it for lunch and supper 2 days in a row!
The only change I made was omitted the beans (i'm not a fan of beans) and added extra diced peppers, onions and tomatoes to make up for it. Will definitely make again! - 4/16/11
