Ingredients

    Dough:
    1/4 cup Barley Flour
    1/4 cup Oat Flour
    1/2 cup Methi
    1 tsp each of ground cumin, coriander, chili, turmeric
    1 tsp salt
    1 tsp sesame seeds (more, to taste)
    1 TBS oil - half in dough, half to cook

Directions

Mix all ingredients into a batter. Roll out using whole wheat flour for smooth rolling. Cook on both sides on a nonstick or crepe pan. Use 1/2 TBS of oil to help with cooking.
