Ingredients

    1 can creamed style corn
    2 can chicken broth
    1 can imitation crab
    1.5 cup flaked imitation crab
    .5 cup onion, chopped
    .5 cup red pepper, chopped
    .25 cup celery, chopped
    1 T olive oil
    1 T Chicken Boullion or soup base powder
    1 T parsley

    Heat the olive oil in a saucepan, then saute the onions, pepper, and celery. Add the chicken boullion, and stir thoroughly. Add the remaining ingredients. Cook on low heat, for about 30 minutes.

    If too thin, you can add a little flour or corn starch.
