Ingredients

1/4 cup coconut oil & butter ghee (or use butter or just coconut oil)
1/2 cup honey (or use maple syrup)
1/2 cup almond butter (or any nut butter)
1/2 cup steviva blend & 2 tbsp molasses (or use 1 cup brown sugar)
1 1/4 cups GF oats
1 cup whole grain crisp rice cereal
1 cup ribboned coconut
1/2 cup sunflower seeds
1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
1 1/2 cups chopped pecans
1/2 cup freeze dried stawberries
1/2 cup freeze dried raspberries
Directions
Combine first set of ingredients in a large saucepan. When the mixture is heated and bubbly add remaining ingredients. Stir until well coated. Let cook for a few minutes.
Pour into a 9x13 inch pan that has been lightly greased.
Chill slightly. Cut into bars.
Will stay good in an airtight container in the fridge for at least a couple of weeks.
