Ingredients

1 'tub' of 8 oz light whipped topping (such as cool whip)

1 bag of frozen strawberries (or any frozen fruit. No syrupy-sap is better, but I've made it both ways--with and without)

1box (6 servings) of keebler mini graham cracker pie crusts (again, optional, although this recipe does have the pie crusts included in the caloric intake).

Directions

1) Put 1/2 of your berries in the blender and blend them until there are no chunks left.

2) Put the other half of your berries in the blender and blend them together too (I've learned that blenders like me more if I fill them in bits instead the whole mess at once).

*Make sure to scrape down the sides and stir the contents of the blender every once in a while by hand to make sure things are all getting blended evenly

3) Pour blender contents into a bowl then fold in the 8 oz container of whipped topping. You can choose to mix it all in evenly or to fold in the whipped cream so that the red of the strawberries and the white of the whipped topping make cool spirals.

4) Pour the partially mixed or fully mixed 'batter' into the graham cracker crusts until all 6 are even (give or take)

5) Let chill for 1 hour or more (over night is fine too!)

ENJOY!!!!! (SUCH A GOOD TREAT!!!)

Also, please note that if you make this little dish and put the 'batter' into parfait glasses instead of the mini pie crusts you save 110 calories and still get the delicious, sweet summer-type treat!
