Ingredients

    1 Cup of your favorite berries, Unsweetened (Fresh or Frozen)
    ***I use 1/4 C. each of blueberries, strawberries, blackberries & raspberries = 1 Cup
    3/4 Cup of Dannon All Natural Non-Fat Plain Yougurt
    1/4 Cup of Skim Milk
    1 Tablespoon of Flaxseed oil
    1 Tablesppon of Blue Agave Nectar

Directions

Put all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.
