Introduction

This is the recipe for the shake found in Timothy Ferriss' book, "The 4-Hour Body". The only difference is that I use 25g of Promasil protein powder instead of tthe recommended 30g NoXplode.
For an extra 53 calories, you could toss one square from a Lindt 85% chocolate bar. Not bad...

Ingredients

    3 cups 3.25% milk
    25 g Promasil protein powder
    1 med banana
    3 tbsp almonds only almond butter
    5 ice cubes

Directions

blend all ingredients

Serving Size: Makes 1 shake, but it could be split up for some now some later.
