This is the recipe for the shake found in Timothy Ferriss' book, "The 4-Hour Body". The only difference is that I use 25g of Promasil protein powder instead of tthe recommended 30g NoXplode.For an extra 53 calories, you could toss one square from a Lindt 85% chocolate bar.
