Introduction

Ingredients

2 eggs
2 cups healthy harvest macaroni
.5 of frozen peas
1 can tuna in water drained
3 tablespoons of mayo of mirclewhip (fat free)
salt and pepper to taste
.5 cup diced onion
Directions
put eggs in pot add water bring to a boil. Add in pasta and boil for 8-10 mins until el dente. Drain and rinse in cold water.
Put frozen peas into colunder rinse under hot water. Peel eggs/ slice or dice them whatever consistancy you like. Add into a large boil with peas, pasta, onion and tuna (flake it up) into the bowl. Stir in mayo or mirclewhip one tablespoon at a time making sure the mix is moist. Sprinkle in the salt and pepper to taste.
Cover 1 hr or leave in fridge overnight.
