Ingredients

2 large eggs eggs
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp ground flax seed
1/4 tsp of cream of tartar
2 tbs finely chopped aspargus
1 oz swiss cheese
Directions
Dice aspargus
Grind flax seed
Spray skillet with pam. Place on burner at medium heat
Beat eggs, black pepper, flax seed, cream of tartar together well. Pour into preheated pan as egg begins to set raise edges to allow uncooked eggs to go onto the skillet.
When all the egg has been moved from the top, gently turn over Add aspargus and cheese. Fold one half of omlet over the other, turn and brown second side. Rtemove from heat and slide onto your plate.
