Ingredients

    1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
    1 scoop Vanilla Isolate Protein Powder
    1 Tablespoon Sugar Free Jello Lemon Pudding Powder
    1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
    a few Ice Cubes
    1 Tablespoon Cool Whip Free

Directions

1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and pulse until smooth. Top with cool whip.
