Ingredients

    Puff Pastry sheet
    Bacon (4 slices)
    Mozarella Ball
    Mixed Mushrooms (0.5 Cup)

Directions

Unwrap the puff pastry sheet and score a border around the edge about 1/4 inch thick. In the scored square lay cooked bacon and sliced Tomatoes. Then cover with cubes of Mozzarella. Bake for 10-15 minutes until pastry is puffed and golden.
A vegetarian alternative can be to use pesto spread on the base then top with Tomatoes and Mushrooms.
