Ingredients

Base:
Mayonaisse (light), 30 grams
Plain white flour, 30 grams
Salt, (1 dash optional)
Filling
Yogurt, plain, low fat, 25 grams
Peas, frozen, 50 grams
Egg, fresh, 1 large
Pink Salmom, 40 grams
Pepper a dash
Directions
Mix the mayonnaise and flour together into a dough. I press it into a small tart form with a piece of lunch wrap plastic to avoid sticky fingers.. Bake the base at 200 degrees for 10-15 minutes..
Food process the yogurt, peas and save a few peas for decoration.. Chop the fish into small pieces mix with the yogurt mix and spice with pepper.. Salt option not a must..
Return the tart to the oven and cook it 15 minutes more..
Serve the tart with a salad and a small piece of rye bread..
