Ingredients

    Ingredients:
    *Venison, ground, 16 oz (remove)
    Swanson Chicken Broth 99% Fat Free, 4 cup (remove)
    Green Peppers (bell peppers), 3 cup, strips (remove)
    Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped (remove)
    Tomato juice, without salt added, 32 fl oz (remove)
    Water, tap, 2 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)
    *Brown Rice, medium grain, 1 cup (remove)


Directions

Brown venison and onions until cooked through.
add to tomato juice and broth in slow cooker. Add pre- cooked rice and green peppers. leave on high until it is heated throughout and turn down to low until ready to eat....
