Ingredients

    1 whole wheat pita
    1/2 medium cucumber
    1/4 avocado
    1/2 cup shredded carrots
    1/2 cup snap peas (cut into small pieces)
    1/2 red bell pepper (cut into small pieces)
    2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
    1 tsp garlic powder
    2 tbsp fat free feta cheese

Directions

Cut up all your veggies and put them into a bowl. Poor balsamic and garlic vinegar into bowl. Mix up all together. Put cheese in. Mix some more. Scoop into pita bread.
