Introduction

Ingredients

1 c. Dry Lentils
1/2 Tbsp. Olive Oil
2 tsp. Worcesteshire Sauce
1/2 tsp. Kosher Salt (or Seasoned Salt)
1 tsp. Garlic powder
1 tsp. Onion powder
Directions
Either soak lentils overnight in 4 c. water+ 1 T. lemon juice
OR
Bring lentils to a boil in 4 c. water on stovetop, turn burner down to low and simmer for 1 minute.
Drain lentils and allow to dry COMPLETELY.
Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees.
Combine all remaining ingedients in medium bowl; add dried lentils and stir to coat evenly.
Cover sheet pan with aluminum foil and spray with non-stick spray. Spread lentils over pan in a single layer.
Cook at 400 for 5 minutes, stir.
Cook for another 5 minutes, stir. Replace in oven, but turn oven off. Let lentils sit in cooling oven for an additional 5-10 minutes, or until lentils are crispy (careful, they can burn quickly).
Allow to cool before storing in ziploc bag.
