Ingredients

2 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 garlic cloves minced
1 1/2 teaspoons ginger
8 oz center cut pork chop
5 oz shitake mushrooms
half a medium head of cabbage sliced thin and steamed
for the sauce:
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
2 tablespoons mirin
4 teaspoons rice vinegar
1/3 pound soba noodles
1 1/2 cups bean sprouts
5 scallions sliced thin
Directions
add 1 teaspoon oil to a non stick skillit and cook pork untill done and remove.
add 2 teaspoons oil to garlic and ginger and set aside
heat tablespoon oil in skillit and add mushrooms and cabbage and stir fry for 8 minutes.
create a well in the center a add the garlic and ginger. stir for a minute and add to the vegetable mixture.
add the sauce and the pork and cook about a minute.
add the cooked soba noodles, the sprouts, and the scallions, and mix together thouroughly
