Introduction

I needed an on-the-go breakfast bar that was healthy, low cal, low fat and would fill me up. I got so confused looking at the nutrition labels for packaged cereal bars so I adapted this recipe and it's really good! 1 recipe is for a 9x12 pan. Nutrition information is calculated based on cutting into 16 bars. I needed an on-the-go breakfast bar that was healthy, low cal, low fat and would fill me up. Very Good
This looked so good. I made this and used only 1 TBSP of Splenda Brown Sugar mix. I don't prefer sweet. And I doubled the cinnamon. Excellent. I liked that I could cut 16 bars. I cut, cooled and wrapped, then froze most. I can take one or 2 out of freezer at a time. - 10/22/11
