Ingredients

    1 pound ground beef
    2 14-ounce cans French cut green beans, well-drained
    4 ounce can mushrooms, drained
    1 small onion, diced, 2 1/2 ounces
    2 stalks celery, diced
    1/4 cup mayonnaise
    8 ounces cheddar cheese, shredded
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1/2 teaspoon pepper
    1/8 teaspoon garlic powder

Directions

Brown the beef, onions, celery and mushrooms in a large skillet. Drain thoroughly. In a greased casserole dish, mix all ingredients, reserving a handful of cheese. Sprinkle remaining cheese on the top of the casserole. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 40 minutes or until bubbly and crispy on the top. Allow casserole to set up for ten minutes before serving for easier scooping.
