Ingredients

    *Potato, raw, 7 large (3" to 4-1/4" dia.)
    Butter, unsalted, 3 tbsp
    Milk, nonfat, .75 cup
    Salt, 2 tsp
    Breakstone Fat Free Sour Cream, 8 tbsp
    pepper to taste

Directions

Peel and rinse potatoes; cube into approximately 1" squares. Add potatoes to large pot and cover with water. Heat on high until potatoes are tender enough to break apart easily when a fork enters. Remove from heat and drain excess water. Place potatoes in mixing bowl and begin to beat at low speed adding remaining ingredients one at a time. Increase speed to medium to remove any remaining lumps.

May also add ranch dressing for extra flavor, if desired.

Makes 12 servings.
