    1 Tbsp. canola oil
    1 cup chopped onion
1 cup chopped bell pepper (green, yellow or red)
    1 clove garlic, minced
1 lb. ground lean ground turkey
1 (15 oz.) can chili beans
1 (15 oz.) can kidney beans
1 (14.5 oz.) can diced tomatoes
2 cups fat free chicken broth
1 (15 oz.) can pumpkin puree
    3 1/2 Tbsp. chili powder
    2 tsp. ground cumin
    1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
    1 dash salt

Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat, and saute the onion, bell pepper and garlic until tender. Stir in the turkey, and cook until evenly brown. Drain, and mix in tomatoes, chili beans, broth and pumpkin. Season with chili powder, cumin, pepper, and salt. Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer 20 min.
