Introduction

Ingredients

    Rolled Oats, 110 grams (about 1 cup)
    Puffed Millet, 30 grams (about 2 cups)
    Puffed Wheat, 32 grams (about 2 cups)
    Puffed Rice, 34 grams (about 2 cups)
    Fiber One, 60 gram(s) (about 1 cup)
    Sugar Free Pancake & Waffle Syrup, .5 cup
    Gerber Graduates freeze-dried bananas & strawberries (or desired flavor), 1 pouch
    Gerber Graduates Yogurt Melts Peach (or desired flavor)- freeze dried - 1 pouch

Directions

Preheat oven to 300 degrees.

In a large bowl combine oats, puffed wheat, puffed millet, puffed rice and fiber one. Add syrup, stirring gently to coat the oats and cereal.

Spray a baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray and spread the cereal mixture out evenly on the sheet.

Bake in the oven for 30-35 minutes, stir with a spatula about halfway through. Granola is done when crispy and lightly browned.

Allow to cool completely then add the yogurt discs and fruit.

Alternate "portion control" set-up:

Separate into 10 equal servings and put into baggies or containers. Distribute freeze dried fruit and yogurt disks evenly into the containers.
