Ingredients

1/2 cup butter, unsalted
1/2 cup canola oil
4 large fresh eggs
2 cups granulated sugar
3 cups all purpose flour
1 1/2 t. baking powder
2 t. ground cinnamon
1/2 t. salt
1 1/2 t. vanilla extract
Directions
Preheat oven to 350F. Place 24 paper liners into cupcake pan.
Cream the butter and sugar together with an electric mixer until fluffy, about 3 to 5 minutes.
Add oil. Mix another 2 minutes
Add 1 egg at a time, beating well after each egg.
In a medium bowl, sift together flour, baking powder, cinnamon and salt.
Combine milk and vanilla.
Alternating between the flour mixture and the milk mixture, add them to the batter. Start and end with flour mixture.
Bake for 20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the middle of the cupcake comes out clean.
