Ingredients

    1 piece of Traders Joes Wheat Lavash Bread
    1 tbl. extra virgin olive oil
    1 Tbl of Traders Joes Fat Free Crumbled Feta
    6 cherry tomatoes sliced
    4 Kalmata Olives, sliced
    2 c raw baby spinach, steamed in microwave- squeeze out excess water
    3/4 C finely shredded low fat mozzarella cheese
    3 strips Foster Farms Grilled Chicken Breast strips, diced

Directions

Preheat Oven at 350 degrees

Brush Lavash with olive oil
Sprinkle 1/2 of the shredded mozzarella on over lavash
Top with spinich, tomatoes, olives and chicken
Sprinkle feta cheese over lavash
and finish off with the remaining mozzarella

Bake for 15 minutes

Serving Size: Makes 2 servings (1/2 of lavash each)
