Ingredients

    1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts (uncooked)
    1 can (15 oz) tomato sauce
    2 cans (15 oz each) diced tomatoes (use one with green chiles if desired)
    1 cup salsa
    2 cans (15 oz) black beans

Directions

Put all ingredients in crock pot. You can use frozen chicken breasts. Don't cut the chicken yet.
Cook everything for 5-6 hours on low. Before serving, take the chicken out and shred the meat with two forks.
