Introduction

Number of Servings: 21

Ingredients

    1 1/2 C organic virgin coconut oil
    20 T unsweetened cocoa powder
    2 T honey
    2-4 handfuls finely chopped dates and/or raisins
    2-4 handfuls finely chopped nuts (not peanuts)
    10 T unsweetened coconut
    2 T cinnamon
    2 t vanilla extract
    1/4 t salt

Directions

Mix first three ingredients well. Add finely chopped fruit, nuts and coconut. Finally, stir in cinnamon, vanilla and salt. Pour mixture into foil lined 9x13 inch baking dish and refrigerate until firm. Cut into bite sized pieces to snack on for 1 to 2 weeks. Store in baggie or container in refrigerator.
