This recipe is amazing - I love mixing it up with whatever veggies are in season and/or whatever veggies are left over from dinner the night before. A great way to use up leftovers and create a brand new masterpiec each day! - 6/19/11

    Incredible!
I make this same recipe w/whatever vegies are in season. Instead of sauteing the veggies, I steam mine in the microwave for a minute or two until desired doneness. It is so yummy! Lots of flavor from the veggies. - 7/20/08
