Fava Beans
Olive Oil
Lemon Juice
Cumin Powder
Corriander Powder
Salt and Pepper
Directions
Cook Fava Beans in a slow cooker with one cup red lentils until tender, overnight. Dried Fava Beans can be found in any Arabic market. Cook entire back and season what you need freeze remaining beans.
Combine fava beans and all ingredients add salt and pepper adjust all seasonings to taste.
If serving for breakfast mash in a hard boiled egg, for lunch chop in tomato and a bit of onion if you like, make into a pita sandwich. Can also mash in Feta Cheese.
