Introduction

You don't expect cumin, green olives and raisins to taste good together but they are really good. Top with a little feta cheese and you've got a great meal. Ingredients

    1 Tbsp Olive Oil
    12oz Beef (like a piece of strip steak)
    1/2 cup Green Bell Pepper, diced
    1 10 oz can Ro*Tel Mild Tomatoes & Chilies
    1/3 cup Small Pimiento StuffedGreen Olives, Pimiento Stuffed, halved
    1/4 cup Raisins
    1 Tbsp Tomato Paste
    1 tsp Cumin, Ground
    8 Mission Multi-Grain Wraps
    Feta Cheese, optional

Directions

Heat olive oil in skillet over med-high heat. Add beef and cook through, turning at least once. After beef is cooked, remove to a plate.

In same pan cook peppers in beef jiuces just until tender. Add can of tomatoes, olives, raisins, tomato paste, and cumin. Mix well and heat til bubbling.

Slice beef into desired-sized pieces and add to pan. Fold in beef and let sit on low for 10 minutes to meld all the flavors.

Serve in tortillas and sprinkle with feta if desired.
