Ingredients

1 pound pork breakfast sausage
1 cup raw white long grain rice
1 cup chopped green pepper
1 cup chopped celery
1 cup chopped onion
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
Directions
Brown sausage as if you were cooking ground beef. Drain off grease. Wash rice until water runs clear. Mix rice, soups, and sausage. Saute vegetables until tender. Stir into rice, sausage, and soup mixture. Pour into a 9x13 baking pan. Bake covered at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
