Introduction

I wanted a Pork Tenderloin that was tasty but not high on the calorie scale, so I came up with this creation. I wanted a Pork Tenderloin that was tasty but not high on the calorie scale, so I came up with this creation.
Number of Servings: 5

Ingredients

    1.23lbs of pork tenderloin
1 cup of low sodium chicken broth
    1/2 cup of water
    1 tbsp. of rosemary
    1 tbsp. of Thyme
    Black Pepper
Pinch of Cayenne Pepper (just for some heat - Optional)

Please note: I added the spices without actually calculating them in, I just added enough to season the roast.

Directions

Place all ingredients in the crock pot and cook on low for 7 to 9 hours. When done, take two forks and shred meat.

You can add BBQ sauce if you like and then cook for another 30 minutes until all flavors are combined. Or place plain roast on plate and add your own flavors. I personally like to do that so everyone can make whatever kind of pork they like.
