Ingredients

    6oz roasted pork loin, shredded
    2 cups of cooked black beans
    2 cups of cooked pinto beans
    2 cans chopped tomatoes
    1 large can tomato sauce
    1 cup chopped green pepper
    1 cup chopped red pepper
    1 cup chopped celery
    1 large onion chopped
    4 cloves of garlic, pressed
    1-3 Tbs chili powder
    1-2 tsp salt
    2 Tbs beef soup base
    1 TBs cumin
    1 tsp oregano
    1/2 cup apple cider or 1 small apple, chopped

Directions

Throw ingredients into a crock pot and simmer all day. Adjust seasonings to taste.
