Ingredients

1 package Tofu fettucini noodles (SHIRATAKI)
1 Package Yves Chicken Tenders
1 Large (796ml)) Stewed Tomatoes
One Carb Ketchup to taste
Directions
1.Cut the veggie chicken into smaller pieces (up to you what size). Cook Noodles according to package directions.
2. Combine all ingredients (Including the juice from the can) in a non-stick frying pan, & simmer until the sauce is at a desired thickness.
3. Serve. : )
This stuff is awesome.
