    Boil Chicken broth and add chopped onion. Cook till tender and add 1 glove of garlic.
    Add orzo to chicken broth, onion and garlic. Cook approximately 8 minutes .
    Remove from stove and add chopped spinach and slowly add Parmesan cheese.
