I made this tonight, and due to the healthy ingredients, I had a rather large portion and was tasty and very satisfying! I will definitely be making this again. - 6/7/17

This sounds delicious. And I have all of the ingredients. (because I love hummus, I always have chickpeas on hand.) I will use low sodium tomatoes and low fat and sodium chicken broth. Reading labels I found more sodium and fat in vegetable broth. - 5/14/17
