Perfect Israeli Kefta for for your Mediterranean feast! Perfect Israeli Kefta for for your Mediterranean feast!
Number of Servings: 10


    1 lb of ground lamb
    1.25 lb of ground turkey
    of a small - med onion - diced small
    6 cloves of garlic - minced
    cup dried parsley
    4 tsp each cumin, coriander and paprika
    + to taste Greek Seasoning and pepper


Form into elongated patty/tube (1 inch balls) and grill or broil (on broil rack to lift out of grease) 4-5 minutes on each side.
Slice kebab into little rounds and serve with mini pita (3), hummus, baba ganoush, red onion and a little feta cheese... Great with Israeli salad or a green salad. YUM!
