    1 C Plain Greek Yogurt
    1 Tbsp Vanilla Extract
    2 Tbsp Ground Flaxseed
    1 Banana
    1 C Frozen Mixed Berries
    2 Scoops Vanilla Protein Powder
    1/2-1 C Water

Directions

Place all ingredients in a blender and mix untill smooth!
