Introduction

This is a great start for the day. Lots of protein and fiber. This is a great start for the day. Lots of protein and fiber.
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1/4 cup Whole Oats
    1/2 cup water
    cinnamon to taste
    1 tsp splenda
    1 egg

Directions

I use whole oatmeal, 1/4 cup with 1/2 cup water.
Microwave 45 sec. then stir, cook another 45 sec. and done.
Add ingredients, stir and enjoy.

If you stir the egg into small pieces it is not very noticeable, It looks funny but does not change the taste very much.

    Good
    It was still liquid, so I had to add an extra minute to cooking time. It was still a bit runny for my tastes, so I added 2 tbsp ground flax. Then it was pretty good. - 2/27/14
