I made this for myself and my two of my 3 picky eaters and they loved it! - 5/24/09

Overall a very good recipe, but for some reason it was very "peppery" and I did not add a whole 1/4 tsp. as the recipe suggested. Could have used more salt, less pepper. Still, a very good low fat scalloped potato recipe. - 10/2/12
